his Meditation is from Gautama’s Anāpānasati Sutta great mindfulness of breath meditation. It is a staple of mindfulness meditations and one I have practiced frequently over these many years. It is simple to get the hang of and is a meditation that can be done every day for 10, 20, 30, or more minutes a day.
So go take a walk. Pay attention to your steps. When you get distracted, (yes every time!) Bring yourself back to the activity with a smile and an abundance of kindness.
